I'm Javier Cruz, an executive chef with over 16 years of international experience. I’ve worked in top-level kitchens such as the Ritz-Carlton Doha, Hotel Arts Barcelona, and La Fonda Gaig, and I’ve led my own projects including Anauco Burgers and Susumo Sushi.

Today, I’m part of the Do&Co team, a global leader in premium event gastronomy. I’ve taken part in events like the Mutua Madrid Open 2025, creating exclusive dishes for one of the most prestigious tournaments on the international circuit.

I collaborate with brands and individuals looking to turn an event into a memorable culinary experience—private dinners, celebrations, corporate events, or brand activations.
